dc.description.abstract | The influence of crosslinking the polymers on its mechanical properties increasing is very well known. The proteins is possible to treat this way too a and its possibilities of using in practical area to improve. In this paper the protein hydrolysate from enzymatic hydrolysis as a substrate and as the crosslinking agents the °1,2 epoxybutane and epoxycyclohexane were used. The degree of crosslinking was tested by determination of solubility with help of total organic carbon (analyzator or UV spectra), free amino groups balance and fixation index (ninhydrine method) too. The degree of crosslinking is proportional of the solubility of the samples. The biodegradation under anaerobic aqueous conditions was determined by volumetric methanogenic activity test. On the basis of described measurements was stated, that under described experimental conditions the degree of crosslinking (in the case of the monofunctional agents "masking") had substantial influence on degree of biodegradation under anaerobic conditions. This reality is important factor for biodegradation time this products in soil. | en |
