Studie distribuce plantárních tlaků na noze obézních dětí školního věku

Abstract

Cílem naší studie bylo zjistit vliv obezity na výskyt plantárních tlaků na dětské obézní noze a získané výsledky porovnat s neobézní dětskou populací. U probandů s nadváhou a obezitou byly zjištěny nejen vyšší průměrné plantární tlaky ale i maximální tlaky v porovnání s probandy s normální tělesnou hmotností. Také byl zaznamenán vyšší výskyt ploché nohy u obézních probandů. S rostoucí tělesnou hmotností je noha proporčně větší.

The goal of our study was to determine the impact of obesity on the occurrence of plantar pressures on obese children?s feet and to compare the acquired results with the non-obese child population. For overweight or obese subjects, not only were higher average plantar pressures determined but also maximum pressures were also noted in comparison with subjects with normal body weight. Also recorded was a higher occurrence of flat foot among obese subjects. The foot is proportionately larger with increasing body weight.
