Měrná deformační energie při menších deformacích a pevnostní chování sazemi plněných SBR vulkanizátů

Abstract

Byly testovány tahové vlastnosti sazemi plněných SBR vulkanizátů. Získány byly hodnoty pevnosti v tahu, tažnosti, modulu M100, modulu M300 a měrné deformační energie. Výsledky ukázaly relaci mezi hodnotami měrné deformační energie v oblasti do 5% deformace (W5%) a pevnostním chováním testovaných vulkanizátů. Tato relace by mohla být důsledkem podobného vlivu interakce mezi kaučukem a plnivem na obě charakteristiky.

Compounding of rubber is very complicated process and there is need to have live information during whole mixing. Mooney viscosity and cure characteristics are normally measured on the fi nal compounds. But these values do not exactly defi ne rubber compound. It is necessary to know other important parameters especially viscoelastics and dynamic properties. RPA 2000 (Rubber Process Analyzer) was made for this reason by Alpha Technologies. Testing of fi nal vulcanizates in any condition (time, temperature, strain a frequency) is also possible using RPA 2000.
