dc.description.abstract | Knowledge sharing companies are one of the most successful companies in the competitive environment. To understand these competitive advantages is quite difficult. Many companies is able to identify their key competitive advantage, most of them are not. Generally, these companies can identify their key knowledge in the two main areas, which are knowledge workers and company culture. The main aim of this paper is to refer to the quantitative research made into Czech business companies in the year of 2012 to the topic of knowledge culture and its connection to knowledge sharing. Within the overall framework of this research study, shall be identified the necessity of knowledge sharing in the companies and knowledge workers who can share and use information and knowledge in the company which resulted into competitive advantage. | en |
