dc.description.abstract | Oil related problems are definitely one of the most important aspects of international policy not just in Europe. These tasks are extremely multidimensional, vague, and of interdisciplinary nature. Engineering aspects are those sub problems, which can be relatively accurately described and solved. A discussion on all important aspects of political risks predictions using some methods of artificial intelligence covers models of prohibitively complex systems; risk management analysis; and oil related problems. This is an abstract of a paper presented at the 18th International Congress of Chemical Process Engineering (Praque, Czech Republic 8/24-28/2008). | en |
