Inkontinence moči u ženy

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou inkontinence moči u ženy. Je zaměřena na současnou definici, rozdělení jednotlivých typů inkontinence, možnosti diagnostiky a léčby. Inkontinence moči u ženy je závažným socio-ekonomickým problémem. Vzhledem k multifaktoriálním příčinám je i léčba pacientek komplexní, vyžadující široký záběr léčebných postupů. Aby tyto postupy byly co nejúčinnější, je třeba zaměřit se na pečlivou diagnostiku a léčbu individuálně nasměrovat. Mezi hlavní terapeutické postupy patří fyzikální léčba s rehabilitací, medikamentózní a operační léčba. Ve všech těchto oblastech mají současné metody poměrně dobré výsledky.

The work describes the problems of urinary incontinence in women. It focuses on the contemporary definition, the distribution of individual types of incontinence, diagnostics and treatment. Urinary incontinence in women is becoming a serious socio-economic problem. Treatment is complex due to multifactorial causes. It includes a variety of therapies. In order that these procedures be most effective, they should focus on careful diagnosis and the treatment should be individually directed. The main therapeutic procedures include physical therapy with rehabilitation, medical and surgical treatment. The current methods achieve good results.
