Abstract

After the brief part applied to the firm and to the characteristic of the firm in the globalized world this book deals with the organization structure of the firm and with its changes, it characterizes the business rules in details, it occupies with the motivation of the manpower and with the actuation of their leadership. In the second part it deals with the construction of the topical agricultural firms and with the need to create the profitable agriculture, it means to cut the costs, to increase the production, to export and especially to press for creation of the financially business organizations. In this part are ushered the examples of their possible business activity. The final part is applied to the intra-plan "bank".
