Elastomerní kompozit s vysokou efektivitou řízení tuhosti v magnetickém poli

Abstract

Elastomerní kompozit obsahuje kulovité modifikované magnetické železa o průměru 2 až 5 mikrometrů a obsahu Fe > 98 % hmotn. s tenkou povrchovou vrstvou polysiloxanu o tloušce 5 až 20nm, zastoupené v kompozitu v množství 5 až 40 % objemových, přičemž zbývající podíl je tvořen silikonovým elastomerem.

Elastomeric composite is based on globular particles of magnetic iron with diameter from 2 to 5 micrometers and content of Fe > 98 wt.% modified with thin shell layer of polysiloxane having the thickness from 5 to 20 nm. The content of modified magnetic particles in the composite is ranging from 5 to 40 vol.%, while the rest of the content is represented by silicone elastomer.
