Uplatňování nástrojů odpovědného managementu v podnikové praxi a ve veřejné správě

Abstract

Hlavním cílem provedené studie je zjistit trendy v oblasti uplatňování a komunikace informací o etice, nástrojích etického řízení, odpovědnosti a organizační kultuře směrem ke stakeholders u nejvýkonnějších firem v ČR a ve vybraných institucích veřejné správy. Soubor, který je zahrnut do průzkumu představuje 50 nejvýznamnějších firem dle žebříčku CZECH TOP 100 firem ročník 2011. Pro průzkum ve veřejné správě byl sestaven soubor 27 institucí, který je tvořen krajskými úřady, magistráty krajských měst a Magistrátem hlavního města Prahy. Výsledek průzkumu potvrdil rozdíly v přístupu k informování stakeholders o vztahu k odpovědnému managementu v podnikatelské a veřejné sféře. V souboru zkoumaných firem jsou organizace, které jasně demonstrují, jaký význam přikládají etice v managementu, odpovědnosti a organizační kultuře, ve veřejné správě jsou u zkoumaných institucí tyto oblasti teprve na počátku rozvoje.

The main objective of the study is to identify trends in the application and communication of information about ethics, ethical management tools, responsibility and organizational culture towards stakeholders in the most powerful companies in the Czech Republic and in selected institutions of regional government. The file that is included in the survey represents 50 leading companies by ranking CZECH TOP 100 companies year 2011th. For the survey of regional government has been compiled set of 27 institutions, which is made up of regional authorities, municipalities, regional towns and the City of Prague. The result of the survey confirmed the differences in the approach to inform stakeholders about the relationship to responsible management in private and public spheres. The group surveyed companies are organizations that clearly demonstrate the importance attached ethics in management, responsibility and organizational culture in the public administration of the examined institutions these areas at the beginning of development.
