Selection of suitable partners for the virtual enterprise with maximize efficiency

Abstract

The essence of the virtual enterprise is a mutual cooperation of the business network, but with preserving a competitive environment. This article is focused on the most important aspect of the virtual enterprise emergence, which is the selection of the suitable partners to cooperation in this business network. Selection of the suitable partners is very difficult, but imperative for the right functioning of the virtual enterprise. There is described the basic process of the virtual enterprise emergence, which is focused on quantifying the effectiveness of the involvement of cooperating partners. Collaboration in environment of the virtual enterprise is a challenge especially for small and medium companies that have limited resources for the usage of the business opportunities in compared with large organizations.
