Abstrakt: | The growth of the world and European economies is today often conditioned by the creative industry development at the level of individual countries, regions, municipalities. The problem of the creative and cultural industries development becomes a priority area of the National Research, Development and Innovation Policy of the Czech Republic for the upcoming ten years. The objective of the study is to present the outcomes of the analysis of centers for transfer of technologies of selected EU and Czech universities. The analysis focused on the issue of art creative projects in the area of graphics, product and industrial design. The consequent objective is also to suggest solutions for commercialization of creative ideas of art students or art university graduates' in the Czech Republic through the outcomes of the analysis. Contemporary, creativity, creative economies and creative industry become an opportunity for enhancing the competitiveness of individual the EU countries regions. The topic, as well as researches and analyses, stem from the current experience when successfully evaluated creative ideas of art university students, eg. during international competitions, are with great difficulties implemented into practice, and commercialized.
