dc.description.abstract | The abstract gathers information on the labour markets of the Commonwealth of Independent States member countries available by 2014 and draws recommendations based on comparison to developed countries. Comparative analysis of tendencies of employment in the Commonwealth of Independent States member countries is a main objective of the research. Studies of the current situation in labour markets that have an impact on formation of tendencies of employment in the member countries is also carried out. Official statistical data of the Interstate Statistical Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Eurostat, OECD iLibrary have been chosen as a methodological base of research. As a result, of the research on the basis of the revealed problems of functioning of the labour markets in the Commonwealth of Independent States member countries we developed recommendations for effective employment of the population and to further transformation of labour markets of the developing countries according to the experience of developed countries. | en |
