dc.description.abstract | This paper deals with the improvement of adhesion of the ink to substrate surface. The treatment method based on chemical wav improves adhesion properties of JTO layer while its conductivity is preserved. There exists a time limit, where the ITO layer is eroded and the conductivity is decreasing.
