Abstrakt: | The school facilities and the universities belong to the group of the buildings with a high probability of the secure and safe incidents. These incidents could be defined as the criminal attacks or as the terrorist attacks or as the attacks, which are caused by an attacker with the psychical anomalies. The problem is that the results can be fatal. These buildings are more important for the society because the students (young people) are visitors to these buildings every day. On the other hand, the shopping centers have been visiting by more category of the population every day during all year. According to the rate of the exchange of the visitors, the shopping centers are more threaten to incidents like the school facilities. In the last few years, the probability of an attack in Europe is rising. All groups of the objects, where the attackers threaten are called as soft targets. Although, the likelihood of an incident depends on the category of object, an aim of an attacker and of course on the preventive security solutions. © 2017 Taylor & Francis Group, London. |
