Abstrakt: | The risk management is comprehensive process aimed at reduce the possibility of risks and minimizing of their impact. In each action, where risk management is carried out, they are defined by the limits of where are the risks for a particular process or system relevant or conversely acceptable. It may, however, be situations where there is a high occurrence of improbable events so-called black swans, which can often have a fatal impacts not only in the industrial sector (nuclear accident at the Fukushima, 2011; chemical accident Bhopal, 1984 etc.), but also in the areas, for example, the economic sector (world financial crisis, 2008 etc.). It is necessary to point out these hazards and to emphasize the need to focus on the issue of so-called black swans that could threaten systems in which these phenomena doesn't previously appeared. |
