dc.description.abstract | The aim of the article is to evaluate the readiness to move the patient from the airport with suspicion to Ebola by the rescue system of the Czech Republic (JRS). One of the parts of the article is devoted to the co-operation of the IRS in an extraordinary event and the work of a special Biohazard team. Assessment of possible risk and causes of patient transport. The main part of the article describes the course of the extraordinary event itself. It describes the declaration of the crisis situation itself and the initiation procedure of all IRS units. Description of all powers and description of intervening IRS members. There is also described the distribution of IRS on the airport area. It deals with the issue of transport, risks and problems that JRS members might encounter. In the last part of the article, self-decontamination is discussed in case of suspicion of a highly infected patient and means of transport itself. © 2019 Association for Computing Machinery. | en |
