dc.description.abstract | This article is based on protection of the Soft targets from terroristic attacks. The idea is that the citizen is the first person to react in case of a terrorist attack or another violent attack, much before the police arrive. The aim of this study is, therefore, analyzing the possibilities of citizens to participate in the system of personal and community security in the Czech Republic from terrorist or violent attacks. It also proposes a system of citizen involvement in the security system and an assessment methodology designed to identify a citizen involved in the system of increasing personal and community security. In our study were analyzed the systems in selected states of the European Union. This preliminary study involves eight European countries. © 2019 IEEE. | en |
