Abstract: | Long cattle tendons were enzymatically disposed of lipoid substances.Collagenous hydrolysate was obtained through hydrolysis by commercial protease unde mild conditions, followed by elastin hydrolysis by commercila endopeptidase unde motre drastic conditions.
