Abstract: | The work focuses on influence exerted by cross-linking with polyethylene glycol diepoxides (and glycerol triglycidyl ether ) on biologic anaerobic degradation of protein hydrolyzate (trade name Hykol). Biodegradation of tested hydrolysate samples produced recorded quantities of bio-gas (CH4, CO2). Anaerobic degradation rate of samples was least reduced when polyethylene glycol (600) diglycidyl ether was employed as cross-linking agent, and most reduced when glycerol triglycidyl ether was applied. | ||||||||||
