Modernization of the equipment in laboratory for chromium recycling

Abstract

Tento příspěvek popisuje modernizaci vybavení laboratoře pro technologii na recyklaci chrómu. Laboratoř je používána pro experimentální ověření a další výzkum technologie vyvinuté na našem institutu pro recyklaci chrómu z kapalných a tuhých koželužských odpadů. Cílem modernizace bylo nahradit relativně zastaralé vybavení laboratoře moderními prostředky pro automatické řízení. Použité prostředky a také celková koncepce byly voleny mimo jiné také s ohledem na případné využití laboratoře k výukovým účelům jako ukázku praktického nasazení moderních prostředků automatického řízení.

This contribution describes modernization of the equipment in our laboratory for chromium recycling technology. This laboratory is used for experimental verification and further research of the technology developed at our institute for recycling chromium from liquid and solid tannery waste. The aim of the modernization was to replace relatively outdated equipment of the laboratory with modern devices for automatic control. The components used, as well as the whole structure were designed not only to allow proper operation of the laboratory but also with regard to possible use of the equipment in lessons - to demonstrate practical employment of modern devices usable for process control.
