Prediction benchmark of artificial neural networks

Příspěvek pojednává o testování prediktivních schopností umělých neuronových sítí. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována výpočetní náročnosti různých typů umělých neuronových sítí and jejich použitelnost v modelovém prediktivním řízení.

This paper deals with the testing of prediction abilities of artificial neural networks. Special attention is paid to computational demands of various types of artificial neural networks and their applicability in model predictive control. In order to provide generally comparable results, the CATS benchmark (Competition on Artificial Time Series) was chosen as the testing method.
