Issue of corporate bonds, as an alternative source to finance a company

Abstract

The paper deals with the topic of issue of the corporate bonds as an alternative source to finance non-financial enterprises. By comparison of the interest rates of the middle-term and long-term state bonds and MB (mortgage bonds) it presents a recommendation of the competitive level of their interest rates to the non-financial companies considering the issue of the bonds. At the solving the topic mentioned it is separated from the problematic of the value of the issuer of the corporate bonds.
