Application of code of ethics in public sphere

Abstract

The aim of the text is to analyze the position of codes of ethics in public administration in Czech Republic, as well as to define the actual state according to the survey of present state in the organizations of public administration. This should be compared to the accepted concept of public administration and the results should show the lack of the application of ethics in public administration and suggest the ways of how to solve this situation. This paper presents the next stage of research management in the public sector. It builds on previous analysis, and brings new findings.
