Control of the serial production systém

Abstract

The paper highlights the problem of mathematical modelling of the production process in which production stands are arranged in series. Heuristic algorithms are implemented in order to solve this highly complex mathematical task consisting in minimizing the total order realization time, maximizing the production output and minimizing the loss of unused tool capacity. The given optimization criteria are responsible for controlling the production process. Elements of the order vector are realized subsequently.
