Cost of obesity: Do we finally know anything tangible?

Abstract

The paper summarizes all main findings in the scientific effort to evaluate the costs generated by obesity to the economy so far. The reason for such a summary lies mainly in a fact that the rate of obesity has been growing rapidly. The conclusion of most authors is that currently, not enough data is collected to be able to reach reliable estimate.
