Abstrakt: | This study focuses on critical thinking as a tool for managing intercultural conflicts in relation to development of intercultural competencies which plays crucial role in the process of managing intercultural conflicts. Study presents characteristics and analysis of multicultural competencies and critical thinking which considers possible assumptions for the empirical study of these phenomena. In basic terms gives an overview of the primary complaints determining multicultural competencies and core competencies of critical thinking, then the elementary facts creates an interaction model in the relation to intercultural and multicultural education.
