Abstract: | Residents of the Slovak Republic have by Constitution a secure right to protection of life, health, property and the environment in the case initiation of an extraordinary event. Over initiation of an extraordinary event, that directly threatens the life and health of individuals, animal life and material values, the authorities are standing before the problem - evacuate or not evacuate. Based on the analysis of the various extraordinary events that resulted in evacuations it can be stated, that evacuation, as a basic means of saving human, animals and things, can occur anywhere, anytime and in any way. The aim of the paper is to assess the evacuation from the point of view of traffic safety. Evacuation should be done in the shortest possible time. Her realization will be affected by the negative state of the transport network. For this purpose, it will be necessary to establish an appropriate evacuation route. The content of the article is the optimization of the evacuation route from the entry station to the exit station of evacuated persons, animals and things through an undisturbed transport network. |
