Cyber security strategie documents analysis

Abstract

The article presents description and analysis of the national cyber security strategic documents of Central European countries and Cybersecurity Strategy of the European Union. For comparison, strategic documents of Estonia and United Kingdom were analyzed. The attention is focused on history of cyber security directive in EU and main structure of national cyber security strategic documents. For deeper analysis is used Tovek Tools that is professional software tool for information analysis and text mining. © 2019 IEEE.
