Abstract: | This article discusses the importance of quality management in manufacturing enterprises. The impact of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System on the sustainability of manufacturing enterprises is also presented. The research studied statistical methods of quality control and their details. The study concluded the following: a) the importance of statistical methods and experimental design methods for the analysis of numerical data; b) the importance of the operational application of simple graphical, statistical methods for quantitative research instead of using more complex calculation methods after the experiment is completed; c) to obtain all the benefits of using statistical methods, it is important that personnel involved in product research participate in the statistical analysis. This contributes to the early detection and elimination of any cause of possible deviations. © 2020 Ubiquity Press. All rights reserved. |
