Abstract: | The paper presents a holistic model of preschool, elementary school and high school teachers' training that is structured for novice teachers, expert teachers, and teacher mentors. This model is composed of 16 instructional modules of which each has a specific instructional aim in the professional development of teachers. The project was created thanks to the Fund for Education Policy of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. It is implemented by the Faculty of Humanities at Tomas Bata University in Zlin since 2014. The authors present the partial outcomes of the project evaluation of the selected instructional modules. |
