Abstract: | In the Czech environment, the evolution of professional trajectories of nursery and primary school teachers is relatively little researched. The aim of this study is to rectify this deficiency. The research has a theoretical-empirical character. The theoretical part presents the examined problem. The research sample consisted of nineteen participants from the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the study presents a research design and the conclusions of a qualitative study, which was carried out using a thematic writing method and an in-depth interview with nursery and primary school teachers. Professional milestones influence the development of nursery and primary school teacher trajectories. At the end of the work, the results of the study are interpreted and analyzed, resulting in the creation of a list of types of nursery and primary school teachers. |
